Rachel Reid
OWNER / SENIOR STYLIST
Rachel started her hairdressing journey over 20 years ago. After finishing her apprenticeship in Hamilton, Rachel then headed off overseas to pursue her love of travel. While working in top salons in London she became accustomed to the styling of many a celebrities hair. After London she worked in Vancouver, and lastly at world renowned Tony & Guy in Sydney.
Returning home in 2003, Rachel wasted no time in putting her expertise to good use by starting her own salon in the beautiful Raglan, the town she now calls home.
Rach's love and passion for hairdressing, and people, helps her to create the best style and colour to complement their individual needs.
Annick Faubert
SENIOR STYLIST
Annick trained in Montreal. After visiting friends here in New Zealand for about 14 years, Annick finally decided to make the move permanent, joining Tonic 11 years ago.
Annick is naturally, a very talented artist. Whether you want to challenge a new hairstyle or maintain your current look - Annick will listen to your needs and create what look is right for you.
In her spare time she loves to go fishing and also does taxidermy creating unique art pieces as she hates to see deceased animals go to waste given their beauty.
Eva Rich
SENIOR STYLIST
Eva began hairdressing in 2002 completing her training at Newberry School of Beauty in Los Angeles, CA in 2003. Eva than went on to gain a deeper understanding of hairstyling as an apprentice at the reputable Cleo's hair salon in Malibu,CA working under many esteemed stylists. From 2006-2009 Eva worked at Elevations Hair Salon in Portland, OR mastering the craft of styling and developing a loyal clientele.
Eva has been working as a stylist in Raglan since 2009 and loves working in the community with the wonderful people of Raglan. When Eva is not studying or working she is down the beach surfing or getting sandy with her 2 dogs.

Who we are...
Tonic is a small Boutique Salon in the beautiful coastal town of Raglan. We are situated off the main street in a very private relaxed setting.
Our aim is to provide a calm environment for you to come and feel pampered, then to leave feeling and looking refreshed and fabulous.
We serve fresh Raglan Roast plunger coffee and have a selection of teas.
Feel free to tell us what kind of Hair cut, Colour or Styling you want or ask us for our professional advise. We have the skills and experience to handle all different types of hair.
